YOUR MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

Due to the nature of this type of work, it is difficult to give an exact time of when the engineers will arrive at your house.

We offer all our appointments as either AM or PM.

AM appointments run between 8am – 12 Noon. PM appointments from 12pm-8pm. Our engineer will arrive between these times.

We are also happy to make a note of times that you may have to leave the property such as the school run for example.

If you have provided us with a mobile telephone number, you will receive a text message when the engineer’s on the way to you. If you don’t have a mobile phone, and you make a request to us, we can get the engineer to call you when they are on the way to you.

If any engineer is unable to gain access to your property to carry out work, they will leave you a card which confirms the appointment was made. These cards contain all of our contact details for you to contact us and make another convenient appointment.
