We Do simple processes so you know what will happen every step of the way.

If your property has a key meter it is useful if your tenants can check if they have sufficient gas. Often boilers can shut down, or show a fault code, if there is not enough gas on the meter.
We aim to work on a first come first served basis. Our expert team will assess your call and needs and will prioritise accordingly. We will also advise you on what to do if immediate action needs to be carried out before an engineer arrives.
The first 30 minutes for heating breakdown, or first 60 minutes for electrical or plumbing breakdowns is chargeable at the fixed rate. These prices differ dependent if you hold a service plan with us and which plan you are on.
If the engineer visit extends over this time or we need to make a return visit, we then charge for each 15 minute increment, if necessary.
Your engineer and our admin team will keep you informed of costs and the time to fix the problem.
Your safety is important to us. If the fault is beyond repair, or dangerous, your engineer will shut the system down.
They will keep you up-to-date during the visit and will provide you with a range of options to get you up and running again. We also offer finance and will provide you with a no obligation quote.
All our parts and our time are guaranteed to ensure you enjoy value for money from our service.
We understand that you are busy, so to help you we can liaise directly with tenants and/or letting agents for access.
We can also act as a key holder or use a key safe.
It’s always good if you are able to find a fault code or lights on the boiler or the heating system before calling us. Certain faults can be fixed over the phone by checking fuel supplies or pressure.
We will email you job reports as soon as the engineer has finished the work. We will also call to let you know what is happening.
All our installation specialists are fully qualified and certified. Each team member has a full and up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
