What Happens Next?

We Do simple processes so you know what will happen every step of the way

  • Phone our Penryn call Centre FREE on 0800 074 9132 24/7, 365 days a year with your emergency
  • You will be advised of the engineer’s attendance
  • When the engineer is on their way you will receive a text
  • Our qualified engineer will assess the problem and keep you updated at all times
  • The engineer will either complete the job, or if it’s a bigger issue, will outline the next steps and provide a clear estimate
  • Once the job is completed you will receive your engineer’s report via email.

Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to work on a first come first served basis. Our expert team will assess your call and needs and will prioritise accordingly. We will also advise you on what to do if immediate action needs to be carried out before an engineer arrives.

The first 30 minutes of the call-out is £49 (Inc. VAT) or less if you are on a service plan.

We then charge £20 (Inc. VAT) for each 15 minute increment, if necessary.

Your engineer will keep you informed of costs and the time to fix the problem.

Your safety is important to us. If the fault is beyond repair, or dangerous, your engineer will shut the system down.
They will keep you up-to-date during the visit and will provide you with a range of options to get you up and running again. We also offer finance and will provide you with a no obligation quote.

All our parts and our time are guaranteed to ensure you enjoy value for money from our service.

All our responsive repair team specialists are fully qualified and certified. Each team member has a full and up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
