Frequently Asked Questions

The first 30 minutes for heating breakdown, or first 60 minutes for electrical or plumbing breakdowns is chargeable at the fixed rate. These prices differ dependent if you hold a service plan with us and which plan you are on.

If the engineer visit extends over this time or we need to make a return visit, we then charge for each 15 minute increment, if necessary.

Your engineer and our admin team will keep you informed of costs and the time to fix the problem.

Your safety is important to us. If the fault is beyond repair, or dangerous, your engineer will shut the system down.

He will keep you up-to-date during the visit and will provide you with a range of options to get you up and running again. We also offer finance and will provide you with a no obligation quote.
