By having your equipment covered on a service plan, you can leave all servicing, maintenance and repair issues to us. For total peace of mind, allowing you to relax, cover your heating, electrics and plumbing and we’ll manage matters for you.

Regular servicing helps prolong the life and operational efficiency, of your equipment as well as improving safety matters.

We will take care of any associated compliance work, if required, when undertaking servicing or as a standalone service.
With any of our service plans, you will get guaranteed call-outs, 24/7, 365 days a year, from multi-skilled engineers at agreed rates.

Cover provides you an opportunity to generate a return on investment by having happy tenants. This is because they will know that if there is a problem with heating, electrics or plumbing, the experienced Blue Flame team will be on hand to provide support.

Once the systems have been assessed we can provide compliance for gas, oil, electrics, ECR, Legionella, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

Once you have a service plan, we will usually be with you the same day but definitely within 24 hours. If it’s an emergency, then we will be with you as soon as possible.

If we have capacity, Yes. You’re guaranteed a call if you have a plan. Call our team on 0800 074 9132 who can arrange for an engineer to attend. You will be charged the call-out which covers the first 30 minutes.This payment is taken when booking an appointment .Anything thereafter will be charged in 15 minute increments.

We generally work on a first come first served basis. Our expert team will assess your call, and needs, and will prioritise accordingly, especially for emergencies. We will also advise you on what to do if immediate action needs to be carried out before an engineer arrives.

Your safety is important to us. If the fault is beyond repair, or dangerous, our engineer will shut the system down.

The engineer will keep you up-to-date during the visit and will provide you with a range of options to resolve issues. In some cases, it may mean appliance replacement. If that’s the case, we can provide you with a free, no obligation, quote. To help ease any financial burden, please remember that we also have finance solutions available.

As detailed above, we offer a full, hassle-free, support package to ensure your let property/properties are compliant and that all systems are working.

In addition, if required, we offer a key holding service to ensure access to your premises. We’re also happy to liaise directly with your tenants  or letting agents (if applicable), to make appointments.

We will send you and your tenants, service, and visit, reminders as well as all job details via email, once visits have been completed.
