Once you have a service plan, we will usually be with you the same day but definatley within 24 hours. If it’s an emergency, then we will be with you as soon as possible.
If we have capacity, yes. You’re guaranteed a call if you have a plan. Call our team on 0800 074 9132 who can arrange for an engineer to attend. You will be charged for the call-out which covers the first 30 minutes. Anything thereafter is charged in 15 minute increments. This payment is taken when booking an appointment.
We aim to generally work on a first come first served basis. Our expert team will assess your call and needs and priorities accordingly. We will also advise you on what to do if immediate action needs to be carried out before an engineer arrives.
All our engineers have fully stocked vans, whilst our warehouse holds an extensive range of spares. Where parts are not immediately available, we use our network of suppliers to effect the earliest possible resolution.
