Well, what a busy year 2019 has been and each year that passes continues to get faster? One minute we are setting goals for the new year and the next, we’re setting the table for Christmas!
|Most people will be looking forward to a well-earned rest over Christmas and to spend time with loved ones and perhaps ponder what the new year will bring? For Blue Flame, plans are well under way for 2020 amid lots of excitement from all our teams here. So, watch this space?! |
In 2019 we have consciously forged closer and stronger relationships with many of our clients and customers and this will continue to be our focus in 2020. Additionally, what we must do to ensure that you, our valued customers, view Blue Flame as your “go to “supplier for heating and electrical services – do let us know your thoughts?
Throughout this past year we have increased investment in our teams, equipment and software applications to cope with increased demand and improve our operational efficiency and service delivery. We have continued with our business development strategy despite being in unsettled political times and we are extremely happy that as a result of these investments, Blue Flame continues to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and very positive feedback. This was instrumental in us being the proud winners of the “Best Customer Service” award at the Cornwall Business Awards 2019. It made all our hard work very worthwhile.
Everyone here is looking forward to some well-deserved down time, obviously still providing our 24 hour a day, 365 days a year service of course! But we end the year with excitement for the next and a huge sense of achievement.
One thing for certain though is that none of our success would be possible without the support and trust you place in us to service, maintain and install your systems. Therefore, we really appreciate and thank you for all your business over the past year and hopefully into the future.
