We Do Remarkable Customer Service!

We were delighted to be recognised for our remarkable customer service at the recent Western Morning News Business Awards.

In our finest threads, a group of 10 of us piled into a minibus driven by our founder and director, Paul, and crossed the border to attend the glitzy ceremony at the Crowne Plaza in Plymouth.

Shortlisted in the customer service category, we were up against Construction Materials Online and the Old Vicarage care home.

Once the welcome champagne was quaffed we headed to our table and waited for the awards to start.

We then listened to a fantastic speech by the RNLI, the charity of the evening, and watched a remarkable film of one of the charity’s daring rescues.

And then it was time. ITV newsreader, Kylie Pentelow, was the host for the evening alongside Western Morning News editor, Bill Martin.

Our category was early in the proceedings and after listening to details of the fantastic customer service our award rivals offer, it was an amazing to hear ‘Blue Flame’ being announced as the winner.

All 10 of us piled on to the stage to collect the award and pose for photos, before we ordered a well-deserved celebration drink!

We love the work that we do and it is an honour to have supported so many amazing customers over the last 30 years. Thank you to every one of you who has helped us become the company that we are today.
