While people were opening presents, cooking sprouts, sipping sherry, or having a nap in front of the Queen, the Blue Flame elves were helping ensure our customers could enjoy Christmas.
Our very own wise men, and wise women, also had a busy December giving the gift of heating, hot water and electric.
We know that December is a busy time of year for people and that it is great chance to spend some valuable family time together.
We’re a family business, so we know how important this time of year is people. That is why WE DO Christmas; because being warm, having hot water and being able to cook is so vital to us all at this time of year.
Here’s a breakdown of how we helped customers over the Christmas period.

(Unfortunately we are unable to report how many mince pies or Quality Street the engineers ate while on call!)
Throughout December we received 406 emergency heating calls and 100 emergency electrical calls that were attended to on the same day as the fault was reported to us.
All of these emergencies were completed on top of the 200+ maintenance calls we do a day.
What is great is that 20.44% of these calls were fixed over the phone, so our customers were back up and running within minutes of reporting the breakdown to us.
So as well as expert engineers in the field, we now have a technical team of engineers who work in the office alongside our amazing admin and back office team, who can help solve any issues our customers may have remotely.
