We Do Communication – Changes to our Service Plans

As our customers are so important to us, We Do like to keep you up to date about our products and services and changes that may affect you.

We know that you love our service plan protection for your appliances, and we love knowing that our cover keeps you and your family warm with hot water on tap. However, we live in a changing world and the impact of various factors does have an effect on our business.  With Brexit, currency devaluation and inflated supplier costs, our outgoing costs have risen, often month by month.

As a result of this, we’ve made some changes to the way we operate and the service plan offerings we have available.

Firstly our plans have had a bit of a revamp! Going forward, we will now have two main plans. Standard (formerly Bronze) and Prime (formerly Gold). Our old Silver plan will no longer be available. As a result of the Silver plan being no more, your on-going contract will be moved to either Standard or Prime (dependant on age of the appliance) when you are due for renewal.

The Standard and Prime plans still give you your annual service, guaranteed call outs within 24 hours, 365 days per year and either inclusive or discounted parts and labour costs.

Aside from the new Standard and Prime plans, we are pleased to introduce a brand new service plan. Say hello to Covered Cornwall!

Covered Cornwall is available for your heating, electrics and plumbing and prices start from as little as £1.50 per month! With Covered Cornwall,  you’ll receive guaranteed call outs within 24 hours, 365 days a year, as well as preferential labour and parts rates.

We are also excited to announce that we can now offer our contracts to purchase online. You may have noticed our new website, which comes complete with online shop to purchase your Covered Cornwall, Standard or Prime contract. It’s safe and easy and only takes a few minutes. If you currently hold a service plan with us, we will write to you in the coming months to advise you if and how your contract may be changing, as well as what options are available. Likewise, if you are a new customer interested in service plans, contact our team who would be happy to help!
