  • Check if there is a fault code or lights showing on your boiler
  • Phone our Penryn call centre on 01326 378122 – 24/7, 365 days a year to report the fault
  • We can use the fault code and advise you of what needs to be done over the phone
  • We will book an engineers appointment if necessary
  • Our qualified engineer will text when they are on their way
  • If the boiler or heating system is beyond repair our engineer will give you all the information you need to make a decision
  • If the fault can be fixed the engineer will complete the job leaving you with heat and hot water!

It’s always good if you are able to find a fault code or lights on the boiler or the heating system before calling us. Certain faults can be fixed over the phone by checking fuel supplies or pressure

All our engineers have fully stocked vans, while our warehouse has an extensive range of products. It is unusual for us to not have a part, however, we are able to offer express delivery to get a replacement part quickly.

Our engineer will keep you informed as to what work needs to be carried out. If it is not viable to replace the parts, then we can provide impartial advice on which system will suit your needs. We also offer fixed price installations and finance packages to help you.
