With any solid fuel burning appliance, ash will be leftover. Your biomass boiler is designed to store this but will require emptying from time to time. Your installation engineer will advise you of this on completion of the installation.

You biomass boiler, dependent on its type will require specialist fuel for burning. However these are readily available from various approved sources. Our team can advise you of where to get this and the prices for this.

Our team can help with your application for RHI payments. We will provide you with all the information required including technical documents. You will be required to complete an online form and once approved your RHI payments will be made quarterly and paid directly into your bank account.

Your engineer will guide you through the new system during the final handover, so that you know exactly what to do.
