“I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I experienced recently when I called after the ‘beast from the east’ froze my condensate pipe.  Within an hour of reporting the fault I received a call back from Grant, who had conducted the original site visit and quoted me for my new boiler installation a few years ago.  He provided a very calm (it was probably your busiest day of the decade!), efficient (he had all the details of my installation at his fingertips) and patient ( he guided me through the process of cutting through the condensate pipe and re-starting the boiler whilst he stayed on the phone) service.  An engineer came around the following week once temperatures had warmed up to re-connect the condensate pipe. 10/10 for customer service.”

I would like Blue Flame to recognise Jago’s efforts today. He attended an annual appliance check at my home this morning. Jago is a credit to himself and a great ambassador for your company. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable and personable. He took his shoes off straight away and was very efficient and tidy in his work. He took the time to show me how to program the boiler and set it all up for me, this is something I have been struggling with for the last 18 months so it was great to finally get it sorted once and for all. His efforts should be recognised and I would definitely recommend him.

He carried out the work in a highly professional way and somehow avoided any heavy rain – two very light showers  but difficult wind and soldering was not easy. The job was completed and the connections checked and house warmed up.
